    We got more information on Britney's Key to My Heart necklace and we can definitely confirm that Britney's charms include the names of her sons with one charm reading Jayden and the other reading Sean. Both heart charms are made of the boys' birthstone which is sapphire for their September birthdays. The pendants are actually made of Swarovski crystals -- sparkly and pretty just like our girl Britney!

    The more I look at the necklace the more I want to order my own. Maybe it should say TEAM and BRITNEY? :)

      she has another one made out of letter beads with her boys names on it that I LOVE! It's way cuter! I copied it by making my own with my daughters names, Brittany (no coincidence here she was born in 1991 before our "Britney" was on the scene really strong) and Hannah. You should look up THAT necklace it's awesome!
