As we at Celebuzz prepare to break bread with family and indulge in insane caloric content, we can't help but reflect on how thankful we are for all for all the exciting things coming up from Britney Spears: album, tour, MTV tell-all's and the like.

Also, we applaud her for how she's spending her Thanksgiving, by giving legions of foreign fans a performance!

On Monday, the Britster left with father Jamie Spears and manager Larry Rudolph to begin international Circus promotion. After a quick stop in Germany, she'll head to France for an appearance on variety show Star Academy, then a jaunt to jolly England for Simon Cowell's X Factor.

There's something classy and throwback, we feel, about the out-of-town tryout. We'd rather Brit work out any kinks abroad, as when she brings it for the December 2 record release we can look forward to flawless execution.

In case you haven't heard, Britney's got a wee album on the horizon. We at Celebuzz got to thinking about her long history of impeccable backup dancers, from those amazing bodies to the incredible choreography.

Millions of American's will tune-in to this evening's first part of the Dancing with the Stars finale, which has us wondering... Could one of those pros cut it with Brit?

Take Cheryl Burke, a competitive dancer trained in ballet who has traveled the world sweeping competitions, not to mention she's got a chain of her own studios (which B loves).

Or could spirited Lacey Schwimmer be a better choice? Not only does she teach master dance classes abroad, she's no stranger to Hollywood (a featured dancer in Adam Sandler's upcoming Bedtime Stories) and she's currently partnered with Brit's fellow teen-pop alum Lance Bass.

Then again, headline-grabbing Julianne Hough could be a great contender -- her Midwest upbringing could connect with Spears' softer side, also she and Spears have been working since childhood, Hough having trained since the age of 10.

Based on your comments and my observations it seems like the Secondhand fans vote during the middle of the night. Hey loves! First, let me say that I am so sorry to those of you who were disappointed yesterday. I can only imagine how frustrated you must feel. After seeing a small part of the documentary last night, I am confident you all will understand, once you see it, that there are a lot of things going on behind the scenes right now.

I wasn't able to attend the fan screening that took place yesterday afternoon, but I was lucky enough to get a spot at MTV's screening for the press last night. Larry Rudolph was there to present a 20-minute segment, and even a superfan like me learned so much that I didn't know about Britney.

I just saw a 20-minute segment during a special screening of Britney: For The Record and here are the new details you need to know:

- Britney's manager Larry Rudolph said "We're looking to show a way you haven't seen this girl before."
- It took 90 days to shoot.
- My fave Britney quote was "I dont really like it when they say 'the comeback,' I've been here the whole time."
- When Britney is waiting to film "Womanizer," she and Brett are wearing the exact same shirt.
- There are a lot of crazy paparazzi moments.
- Britney mentions that she has already done a photo shoot for Glamour, in which she wears a white button down shirt as well as a white, wintery wardrobe.
- Britney also mentions that she did a photo-shoot for Vanity Fair (OMG! You know their spreads are always juicy!)

I'll offer a more detailed and personal account of the screening tomorrow. Stay tuned!

It was back to the Arclight for me this evening to wait for Britney's fans to return from the screening. I was thrilled when the first bus arrived (it was getting chilly) and I managed to get some pics of the fans who were gracious to speak with us. Thank the lord for the flash on my Blackberry... It was pretty dark by the time the buses returned!

Many of the fans told me that Britney looked spectacular when they saw her IN PERSON TODAY!!! They said she looked like she is back to her old self. One even mentioned her beautifully gleaming white teeth!

These are fans who won tickets through 1iota, but were eventually turned away.  

Because of some obvious misunderstanding, 1iota gave the impression there was space for more fans, even encouraging them to bring extra friends.

Team Britney's heart goes out to these true Britney fans and we have offered the site as a place to vent. It was great meeting you all today and you rock!!!

We noticed how understanding you all were and appreciate that you knew that this wasn't Britney's fault.

Entertainment Weekly has just released their review of the 33 minute preview of Britney: For the Record. It looks like the doc is going to give us some really intense behind-the-scenes footage of Britney before and after this year's VMA's, being stalked by the paps, speaking her opinion on Katie Holmes' fashion choices, working on Circus and shooting the "Womanizer" music video.

This is so cool!... Usually I hate AIMbots (although I have sent the occasional naughty word to see what they respond -- ha ha), but this one is pretty awesome!

We just got back to the office after meeting a bunch of Britney's fans over at the Arclight waiting to board the bus to the screening! Thank you guys so much for sharing your stories and thoughts with us! 

I asked some fans (pictured below) how they feel about Britney's comeback and how she's overcome the last couple of years...

• "Britney is untouchable and inspiring. I never doubted she would would do it, I always knew she would. I knew she was back when I heard her laugh in the documentary promos. That Britney giggle we all love. I just wanna see her genuinely happy. When Britney's happy, I'm happy!" -- Zach

We are down here at the Arclight Theaters in Hollywood RIGHT NOW along with a ton of fans who are anxiously awaiting an exclusive sneak preview of Britney's documentary that will air on MTV on November 30th. Here is what we can tell you:

• A group of fans will be bussed to an unknown location to view the film.
  
• Britney will be there at the screening!!!
  

Forbes just released its latest list -- Hollywood's 10 Hottest Tots -- and one of Britney's little cuties made the list! Sean Preston is #9, right after Madonna's little tyke David Banda.

Forbes based the rankings on press and web presence and then public awareness, but we all know that if they based it on who was the cutest Sean and Jayden would top the list!!

The remaining contestants on French hit TV show Star Academy are preparing for Britney's appearance on the show. It looks like a choreographer is teaching them some moves to Britney's song "Toxic."



I can't lie -- the contestants look like they are all struggling! They better step up their game. Hopefully when Britney stops by the show on November 28th she can teach them a thing or two about being a star, because from the look of things they sure do need some help!

As more goodies continue to shake out of Britney Spears' comeback bag, we at Celebuzz can't help but ask a small favor of the Circus promotional machine.

For her first Late Night appearance, we humbly request Britney cut the talk show ribbon with David Letterman.

Why? The drama of an evening magazine show ala 60 Minutes or Dateline is too heavy for such an exciting point in the pop star's life.

Leno is in contract Siberia, Conan O'Brien is a bit too cheeky and Craig Ferguson is just a bit past our bedtime. Besides, Dave and Brit have always had something special.

Their legacy has always made headlines, from her announcement of her second pregnancy in March 2006, then stopping by eight months later to show off her killer bod and hype Blackout.

Round #2 of Fuse TV's 'Video of 2008' is over and Britney now goes head to head with Secondhand Serenade in Round 3! So far she's leading by a few thousand, but I'm looking for a landslide victory here! Get voting people!

I wanted to post a fan video today since it's been a while since we put one up and this one grabbed my eye.

This is You Tuber benclouthier's take on "Womanizer," in which he makes the girl the womanizer!? Really, Ben?? I spent almost a whole minute watching you tear open your waistcoat over and over again before finally taking it off! Oh the anticipation... what a tease! ;) I think you may actually be the womanizer, Ben.

Ben and his You Tube pal gunnarolla re-recorded the song especially for the vid. Good job, boys!

Talk about dedication! Britney fan Chris e-mailed me this morning with a really great idea, and I was so impressed with his creativity and support for my girl Britney, I had to share his e-mail with you guys and encourage you all to follow his lead!

"Hey, my name is Chris and I'm from Cracov in Poland.

The premiere of Circus is going to be really soon and I have an idea....  Here in Poland, they don't promote new CD's... So that's why I've decided to start doing my own promotion. I've printed about 50 copies of that promotional Circus poster and I started to stick it everywhere in my city... Usually in high-traffic areas: schools, churches, bus stops etc.

I hope you like this idea and maybe you could spread some word on your site about this idea, so that people everywhere in the world will start doing the same thing :)

Yesterday we got a photo from an audition Britney held for an unknown upcoming project.  Today BritneySpears.com has details about both the try-outs and what they were for!

We just found out that over 70 super talented dancers came to a grueling audition for Britney's new promotional tour.  It was a really long day and the pressure was really on! After a few rounds of cuts the dancers finally got the chance to dance for Britney, Andre and his agents and show them all what they've got!

So what was Britney looking for? Three new guys for her dance crew -- a "womanizer" (of course!) and two "jester" types. We hear that the talent there was AMAZING, which means that Britney's upcoming performances are going to be out of this world!!!

Guess what! Britney has been nominated for a People's Choice Award in the Favorite Scene Stealing Guest Star category for her role on How I Met Your Mother. Britney is up against Luke Perry and Robin Williams, who were both nominated for their guest-starring roles in Law and Order: SVU.

This is the 35th annual People's Choice Award and it will be airing on January 7, 2009 on CBS.

But... according to Amazon the U.S. Deluxe Edition of Circus also includes the DVD with all the trimmings as well as a special collector's two sided poster. Sweet! I'm totally gonna put that poster up at my work desk and alternate it every week!

Britney's 10 year anniversary was a little while ago, but her Brazilian Fan Club just sent us this amazing video and we had to share with everyone!

The group held a an awesome anniversary party for Brit. Super fan Sergio was at the party and he says, "The 10 year party was INCREDIBLE! More than 4,000 fans of our princess were present to honor it and enjoy the night!"

Britney impersonator Francine Porto was there to entertain, and she really brought all of the fans together. Listen to everyone singing in unison!

The Sun newspaper in the U.K. have posted the world's first review of Circus! I must say I'm a tad bit jealous that Mr. Gordon Smart got to hear it before me. Here's what Mr. Smart says about four of Brit's album tracks:

If U Seek Amy: "It's a great track. A stomping robo pop number with clattering kettle drums and Brit being quite frank about the opinion she holds of herself."

Kill The Lights:  '"Kill The Lights" focuses on the star's relationship with the paparazzi, the lights referring to flash bulbs. It's a brilliant disco banger with an elastic bass line and plenty of spooky keyboard work. During Kill The Lights Brit addresses her camera-toting tormentors with the brilliant line: "Is that money in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me?"

Circus: "The collection's title track sees Brit morphing ever closer to MADONNA. Circus has more than a passing resemblance to the industrial hip-hop-powered tracks on Hard Candy.

Lance Bass and Britney Spears have been friends since waaaay back when N'Sync and Britney toured together -- and he's apparently just as excited as we are for her return to the pop throne.

"I am totally stoked to see Britney come back," he said to MTV. "I think it's going to be one of the biggest comebacks you've ever seen. It's not even a comeback -- she's always been around -- but I think, personally, she's ready to explode again."

Thanks to all of you guys Britney has just won the Album of The Year Award for Blackout at the MTV Europe Music Awards!! All of our hard work over the last few weeks voting for Britney has really paid off!!

Rick Astley just won Best Act Ever over our Brit, but we're waiting to see who wins Best Act of 2008. Keep your fingers crossed!

Last week we asked you guys to record yourselves singing "Womanizer" and to send the vids our way. So far we have received some pretty hilarious videos and we've decided to share our favorites!

This one was my personal fave, mainly because Dan (guy in suit and stripy shirt) literally had me on the floor laughing with those moves! I also love Ralph's "lollipop" jiggle-shiver and Dan's mystical eyes-peering-through-hands move at the end. Check out Dan, Andy, Ralph and Tom, who I am now calling DART, in their hilarious YouTube collaboration.

Even though the 2008 Presidential election is over, I hope you guys still have it in you to do a little more voting! Britney's music video "Womanizer" is up for FUSE's Best Music Video of the Year!

No, not literally. BMG in Japan has announced that the Japanese edition of Circus will feature bonus track "Amnesia."

I kinda like how Britney is giving different countries separate bonus tracks. After all, it's not like we're not gonna get to hear them, right?

To celebrate the announcement, I thought I'd post some awesome fan-made "Amnesia" artwork. Honestly, you guys are so creative and Team Britney loves your stuff!

Before we hear from Britney herself on MTV, the channel will be airing a music video special dedicated to Brit and her 10 years of hit music videos. Britney Fans: For The Record will debut on Sunday November 16 at 10:00pm.

Britney fan Alex sent us an email saying that she was part of the special taping and said, "It was amazing... It was really cool and all of the fans got to comment on their fav Brit videos."

Alex also wrote that the show will be streamed online after it airs, so hopefully this information holds true so those of you who won't be in the States to see the debut can catch it online shortly thereafter!

After Traci posted about Britney Spears impersonator Derrick Barry last week, I was inspired to do a little research on other Britney impersonators. Of course no one can compare to our Brit, but I discovered a fellow British gal named Lorna Bliss (cool name right?) who is England's #1 Britney impersonator. She's awesome!

Lorna is the ultimate Britney supporter (and lookalike!), so we thought we'd show her a little support by featuring her on the site. You can catch a video of in dance rehearsal after the jump.

UPDATE: Today Brit's "Womanizer" is at #2!!! Ahead of the X Factor single "Hero" and one step behind Beyonce. Good work, guys!! Brit's long time friend and choreographer Wade Robson has answered our prayers! We wanted a Britney tour, and we got it! Wade recently announced he'll be directing Brit's tour as well as choreographing a third of it! OMG!!

Wade also stated that "it's just a US tour with a couple of UK dates, but I'm 99% sure it's going to become a world tour."

Raise your hand if you're falling off your chair with excitement! Our girl Brit belongs on stage, and I can't wait to see her in concert next year! This tour is gonna be so amazing!

Simon (Cowell) says Britney's "new record is terrific!" Ok, so that was my (lame) attempt at a joke, but it's the best I got! LOL.

News of the World is reporting that X Factor judge Simon Cowell has nothing but nice things to say about Brit in the wake of her X Factor performance this month. The article reports the always candid Simon as saying: "I'm really excited about it, because she's got her act together now and the new record's terrific. She's come back from a very dark place and is a great artist".
 
Nothing we didn't already know, but remarkable when you think about how difficult it can be to impress Simon, right!?

Looks like I may have to import the European edition of 'Circus' in December, 'coz Sony BMG have announced two bonus tracks (other than "Radar") that won't be appearing on the U.S. Edition! The tracks are called "Rock Me In" and "Phonography." Although, if I'm home in London at Christmas, I can pick up a copy!

Wanna know who wrote and produced Britney's new album tracks? Well Cheiron-Music.com have released the track info for 'Circus.' I can't wait to hear "My Baby" since Britney co-wrote the track. Which song are you guys most looking forward to?

This is one of the first interviews I ever watched with Britney Spears. Everyday after school I went to my best friend Lara's house and her mom always watched Rosie. There is only one specific episode I remember, and it's this one with Britney!



I love how embarrassed Britney gets when Rosie shows the clip of her singing on Star Search. It's funny to hear her talking about people sometimes recognizing her at the store too -- she had no idea the amount of fame she would have 10 years down the road!

Obviously Britney is my favorite person, but if I had to pick my second fave it would be Ellen DeGeneres. I could watch her all day. So I LOL-ed when I came across this clip of Ellen and Paris Hilton getting their groove on to Britney's "Gimme More" in the car (around the 5 min mark).



The whole clip is hilarious and Paris even manages to get Ellen pole dancing! But I reckon Britney could teach Ellen a few more awesome club-worthy dance moves... Don't you think? I wanna see Britney and Ellen breaking it down!

Star Magazine recently did an interview with the fabulous Katy Perry, and one of the questions they asked her revolved around Miss Britney!

"Rumor has it Britney Spears' ringtone is "UR So Gay." What do you think about        that?

"I guess I can rest in peace. That's just awesome. I like her music. I think "Toxic" is her       best song ever. I think she can have her moments of just being a true entertainer and she always delivers. I wish her luck with her next album."
