I know I don't have to remind you that TONIGHT is the premiere of Britney: For the Record on MTV.

Can you believe it's finally here!?

After you watch the documentary, I want you to complete an assignment -- and remember, I'm going to be looking at your work very carefully

Whether it relates to relationships, rumors, family or career -- pick a theme in the documentary that relates to something that has happened in your life and make a video about it. Once you have uploaded your video confessional to YouTube (or a similar video-sharing site) email the link to us at britneyspearsdotcom@gmail.com and we will post it IF we deem it good enough for this site, being Britney's official site.

Ok, My previous comments on a latter blog should have gone here. But let me set the record straight to those who feel Brittney did not say enough. There is no way to explain to the point where someone can understand about why things are done enless you have been through it or know someone close to you who has been there(Sometimes they don't even get it). I remember the day I cut my hair off! Volunteer, at a Hospital.

I think its great that you did a documentary to set the record straight. Despite what some fans think, you didn't have to do that and you didn't have to answer any questions about what you were going through. You don't owe anyone anything except your children. You went through a rough patch and you have come out even better from it. Keep doing what your doing. Your awesome!

    DEAREST BRITNEY,

I watched the documentary with my husband on sunday night (CANADA) and I was so excited to see it. I think a lot of people didn't know what you were going though (and how could they, right?) It was good that you opened the eyes of the public to see that as much as we appreciate your passion and talent as an artist you are still HUMAN, you are a woman, a mother etc.
I have gone though some moments in my own life were people were unfaithful to me. I know what it's like to feel alone, just like you described. I have learned something ( I am only 23 and still learning) ATTITUDE is everything! Be positive!
    love ya!

As a stay-at-home mother of 2 children I have to say that if Britney finds her life boring, unromantic, lacking in spontaneity...I think we should switch lives for a day! Then she will understand the meaning of all the above! You think your life is boring?? Au contraire sister! I don't have nannies taking care of my kids so that I can have amazing evenings out with other celebs, personal trainers, chefs etc... Everyone wishes that their lives could be "different" in some way. Just feel blessed and thankful for what you have and not always focus on the things that you don't have.

    ***LAST POST CONTINUED***

With that said id like to reply to the post that "Still Curious" posted. Although those things were not answered. I don't think that it's really Britney's fault. The reason I say that is because the perosn who interviewed her probably just decided to not ask her those questions. I mean yea I would have liked to have had answers to those questions too. But its like I think that it was very generous enough of her to answer the questions that she did answer. To ask for anything else would be selfish and ungreatful. Thats just my opinion so no offense. I mean she didn't have to answer anything since its her personal life.

I absolutely loved the documentary! Ive always been a Britney fan, and Im so glad that she has finally opened up about a lot of the things that she's been through within the last few years. I also liked the fact that you got to see some of what her everyday life was like. Even though im happy that she did the documentary, she didn't have to do it, because it's her life and she doesn't owe anybody explanations for what she went through in her personal life. Everybody has their moments, famous or not famous.

Saw and loved it...but there are some still unanswered questions....(to be expected)
You know most of us can separate work people from friend people-but you can't. Just remember you are the boss & don't expect work people to be your friends. (just a thought)

It's nice to see you back to what we of the outside world consider "normal" (ha ha).

Your new album: I think it's the best work you've ever done, and I'm very happy to see you working with LadyGaGa in the production.

~Have a Merry Christmas and wishing you all the best!~

First off - I am a Britney supporter! I just feel like nothing was really answered...why did you talk with a British accent? Why did you sleep/hang around that paparazzi for so long? What about the pink wig? Or the umbrella incident? I understand this is part of a mental illness/breakdown but that was not talked about or cleared up. The documentary stated that no questions will go unanswered but that was far from the truth. I guess its none of our business but then dont do a documentary stating you're going to set the record straight and then NOT do it! I really do love you and Im a fan but we deserve more answers. Still love you! Hang in there!

Britney you are a very strong woman now. You have been through more than anyone can ever imagine. You need to keep following your heart and know that what is on the inside of you is very very special. You have touched a lot of people including myself with your musi and your career. I look up to you and I believe in you so much. You have shown me it is possible to make dreams come true. Sure there has been the good and the bad moments but everyone has those there just not publiczied. Which I am sure it gets to you. But you stay so strong and that is what matters. Keep up the good work no matter what it is thathappens.

I always wondered why you went so crazy, but after watching tonight, I got it. I too went crazy, but no one knew. All I have to say is keep going forward. You melted my heart. Britney I just finished watching on the record. I loved it. I couln't believe that u felt like i had felt. When ur a good person it's hard to even think soul vampires exist. But sadly they do. i learned if u don't give them power they can't hurt u. I believe there's no mistakes in life only lessons. If u really listen to your self u'll always have the right answer. Life can seem hard at times, but u have to experience hell to appreciate heaven. When u feel alone know that god is with u always. talk to him. All i know is love yourself and be ur own BF and You'll never be disappointed.

For the record: I was disappointed in the documentary. Either britney's in denial or she really needs help. If this isn't a comeback after losing your kids & husband, being commited to a hospital, 'BLACKOUT' which I thought was the comeback album, I don't know what is. The topics that were discussed, everyone already knows! She has the right to privacy, but if your doing a documentary and @ the being stating 'no questions were left unanswered' why would you discuss things people already know. Most people want to know why she was held in a hospital due to a mental condition, why doesn't she have her kids, why the hell did she REALLY shave her head, and was she doing drugs.

However, I feel bad because now I know how much you dislike “those strangers.” Actually, I wouldn’t want to spend time with strangers either. Whatever… I won’t dare to miss you on the GMA! It got me all choked up, it's so true sometimes we don't need to resort to meds or a shrink, just to feel a certain emotion while doing something u luv or being in the presence as someone u luv can be the best therapy in the world. I was not a fan of Brit until I saw her unravel, then I rooted for her. I am a recovering meth addict, married witha son, when her chorographer talked about the fire in her eyes, I lost it/ My grandmother said almost the same thing when I was coming through the last stages of withdrawl. She could always read my eyes. I felt Britney's pain and still see that pain in her eyes and I am sad for her. If she surronnds herself with people like her choreographer (freaking can't remember his name damn it) she will come out alright. She looks amazing and I will own her CD on Tuesday. Pulling for you B! Love your newly aquired fan in STL!

I have always looked up to this amazing young woman and just to know what she has been through, and how she thinks sums up a lot of things that the world doesn't know about her. I just watched that precious documentary... finally, it feels like the truth came out once and for all. Britney is a strong woman, but lonely and mostly... she is human just like the rest of us. She needs her freedom and the right to live a normal life. I wish I could be her friend and live up to the day, spontaneously, and show her that I truly care about her well-being. Anyone should have the right to have that. I'm pretty lonely too: I'm always alone, but not by choice, so I can relate to the way she feels.

I wish I could give you some amazing quote or insight to make things better, but I can't. I don't know what you are going thru, but I know how you feel. I know how it feels to hurt down to your very essence and always want to cry. Know, however, there is always going to be people who not only love you, but need you as much as you need them. Focus on your boys, surround yourself with honest people, and know YOU can only defeat yourself. "You're stronger than you believe and wiser than you think' You'll make it, and when you get to a new great place, you'll realize how to be happy again. Good luck.

Britney, from one of the older generation here. Just saw your documentary. It was funny; sad; informative; and basically GREAT!. I loved it. I'm so glad that you are bringing it back. Please stay with your roots. Inside you are still that sweet girl that we all fell in love with. Your children won't always be young, and I pray that you will have them back for good. You deserve the best. Glad that you believe in God. I will put you on my prayer list. May God bless you and your family.

Britney, I'm so proud of you sweet girl! I'm old enough to be your mom & I'm a southern girl too. I've been a fan since the beginning, maybe because I always wanted to do what you were doing. But whatever the reason, I've always loved to watch you perform & have kept up with you every step of the way. I watched For the Record tonight & I'm so very proud of how you have come out of your difficulties. You're still so sweet. I love you! It's obvious how much your dad loves you!

I just have to say that after watching "for the record". I am in awe for the kind of woman Britney is after all she has been through. I sat here alone in my house and watched the show and cried and felt like I really connected with her. I just had a little girl and I feel the same way about my little one like she does about her boys, and what she said about having the bad because it brought her, her good (her boys) that touched my heart....so thank you for sharing yourself with us. I admire you and wish you all the best of luck, because you deserve it!

I just wanted to let Britney know even though she may never see this, that I think she is an amazing person with a beautiful spirit. She has grown so much over the last couple of years and I can't imagine having my life being under a constant microscope. Her survival through all of that is a testament to her strength and courage. I think the one thing that I love about her is her laughter- it is genuine and it makes me laugh with her. Britney, I believe there are great things in store for you. I know that you will grow as a mother and as a woman and that you will one day meet that person who will be the one.

I just finished watching Britney: For The Record....

First of all, I want to say, just incase you ever see this post Britney....Happy Birthday! May this next year bring you tons of joy and happiness. Keep your head held high.

Second, I am by far no superstar but I can identify with some of the issues that Britney has been going through. I went through the same situation when I was her age with divorce, custody, family issues and personal struggles.

Hearing her put alot of the same feelings that I have had brought tears to my eyes.

If you ever need a decoy so you can have some down time, come find me.

I am a 43 yr old mom of 2 teenage boys and just finished watching your documentary. My oldest son has always been a Britney fan. I admire you so much for your strength in dealing with fame. It's obvious you love your kids (and I can honestly say they are the two most beautiful boys I have ever seen, besides my own). I don't think I could have ever dealt with the b.s. you do. In watching your documentary, I really realized how mature and intelligent you really are for your young age. Stay strong. The number of people that admire you far outweigh the number that are ignorant.

I am on my own again...trying to salvage what is left and some days are really hard. I am 36 yrs old...die hard Madonna fan and yours as well. I wish you all the best...from here on out. You remind me of a modern day Marilyn Monroe and I hope you can find a away to deal with yourself as a public figure and the private citizen you also want. You are truly a great soul to do all that you do and as a divorced single mother, it adds more to understand you as a mother. My views are completely changed after watching this show. I am learning not to judge anyone, and a BIG THANKS to you. I will live through the day where your sons would do a show to show their pride about their sweet mother, Britany. Love you,
Good luck and God be with you always!
    Nalini.

Hey Britney, I just want to say that i really admire your strength. You were great on the x factor. Alot of people in the media are being very negative about your performance but i think that you were fab. You have been through alot and it will take time for you to heal. I just feel that you are still so sad and i totally understand if i was in your situation i would be too. I just hope that you feel better soon and that you get all that you want. Please do not become a diva the media are making you out to be, xxx
