I just wanted to thank Britney for taking time out of her very busy schedule to meet with the children in Miami Children's Hospital and for donating the money to the Big Apple Circus Clown Care Program. When my grandson was in Boston Children's Hospital with leukemia, the clowns, who are really doctors, came around and visited the children. It would brighten his day and make him smile even while he was undergoing horrendous chemo and radiation. Your money will go a long way to help alot of children smile!!! Thank you Britney!!!

I think it is amazing that you care about a society that suffers. I am the oldest (21) of four children. my mother recently got diagnosed with ovarian cancer stage four (the last stage). One of her wishes is for us to be happy. My sister and i went to ur miami concert (which was amazing btw). However we never were able to see you. I realize that you must receive millions of e-mails and letters like this but my is genuine. It would make my sister and my mother feel amazing!
