Getting Fit with Brit

Fitness is a huge part of Britney's life and career, so naturally her music reflects that. BritneySpears.com recently received this message from a Britney fan:

"Britney Spears saved my life. To date I have lost 73 pounds and its all because of Britney's music. I only listen to Britney when I work out, she is the only one who can get me moving and makes me want to keep moving!"

    I thank Britney for those DVDs,, I know the moves of all of her music,, and today I lost 60 pound because of that,, Brits music is the best workout

    I don't listen to Britney when I work out but she certainly has inspired me to work out. Since last summer I have been keeping track of her personal progress and she has motivated me. I have lost 2 inches from a 34 to a 32 waist and I am 6 feet tall. At 40 I am bigger and stronger than I ever have been. Thanks Britney for the motivation.

    WOW! My story is like exactly the same. Britney has helped me lose 78 pounds. Not only is she amazing to listen to when doing anything, but she just makes working out more fun. She helped save me too. I love her! 1998-FOREVER! :D

    Britney's music really motivates me and my friends two its fantastic! it really gets me going when i'm about to give up. When i was in the gym the other day womanizer came on and it got me giving it my all. Since then i have downloaded all of Brits music onto my ipod and i now listen to her music whilst i work out at the gym. Keep the good work up Brit! Love you! can't wait to see you at Manchester!!!

    i work out 4-5 days a week and ALWAYS with Britney remixes. they keep me motivated when i'm not in the mood and they're just a lot of fun on the stairs or treadmill.

    people say in the gym this guy is crazy!! because i keep moving dancing and dancing like a guy of course!! hehe!! the whole time without stop in my 35 minutes!! of workout!! you want to know my secret just let me know!! ok!! believe it or not. i lost 120 in 4 months, but you have to sacrifice a lot of things!! i met Britney Bally Trainer and he was behind to me and he said something about Britney and me!! i died ritghaway!!hehehe!! i can't tell you, 'cause i respect Britney!! so!!     i lost 120 in 4 months just listening Britney spears Concerts in my Blackberry!! but the big present that i received from Britney is when she appeared in front of me at Bally Total Fitness!! i saw her many times the last years!! when you are doing your work out trying to dance DWAD tour, Onyx and Circus and you will get excellent results!

    Yea that is so true!!!! Britney keeps me going when i work out too and you can't help to stop and dance while u listening to her while working out.....also while ago she was on ellen degeneres i believe it was hen her in the zone cd dropped and she was sowing ellen the workouts she does for her abs and i did and they totally work you totally feel the burn!!!!

    i think it would be fantastic if Britney was to do a workout dvd, i find it really hard to get motivated to lose weight but seeing how great Britney looks makes me want to keep trying. I would love workingout to routines that Britney does. Please consider doing a workout dvd in the future!!!

    I've been a dancer since I was about 13 years old (15 now) and all I listen to when dancing or working out is Britney or Madonna :D

    I lost 35 pounds listening to britney last summer and her new cd is also helping me this year to lose 60 pounds and i'll be at my goal, but i thank her very much because her songs are full of energy and motivating she also saved my life, by not only her music but by seeing what she went through and telling my self if she could get through all of that i can get through 1 hour of powerwalking and sit-ups a day. I dont listen to britneys music all day so when i get home from school i tell myself the only way i can listen to her songs is if i exercise, so i go exercise, so thank you

    In my case, thanks to Britney's music I am practicing some of her songs on the piano once again after I quitted learning it about a year ago.

    I definitely love working out to Britney. I'll workout between 1hr 1/2 to 2hrs to her music. Sure, i'll mix in other songs in there but nothing gets me moving more than Britney's music. I'll put on her albums, her remixes and just start doing my thing. I love it. I feel healthier everytime. lol. :D

    I alway have Britney on my ipod in the gym and Blackout is the best Britney workout cd to have on as its all fast tracks and get you pumping and motivated, I have lost 2.5 stone working out to the Blackout album

    I'm pretty much a couch potatoe, and do not wish to excirsize, because I find myself too thin - and I don't want to loose weight (some people say you need to excirsize to gain weight, but I don't know - I have fast metabolism). My heart started to hurt physically, and my blood pressure was getting real bad. I couldn't resist to dance to Britney's Circus Tour moves and her new songs on Circus album every single day. My heart no longer hurts! I can also jog around the track longer then I ever did without getting cramps! Thanks Britney!

    Im Not A Die Hard Britney Fan but i Will Say that WOMANIZER IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SONGS TO WORKOUT TOO and i have over 5000 dance tracks on my MP3 PLAYER
