Los Angeles, CA - International icon, Britney Spears, received an apology from the UK's more! magazine for publishing an article stating they had an exclusive interview with her in their June 8th, 2009 issue. More! states in their September 29th, 2009 issue, "More! would like to apologize to our readers and to Britney Spears for having wrongly described the Q&A with Ms Spears we published in our June 8, 2009 issue as an exclusive. The article was brought to More! by a freelance contributor, Jan Janssen. We now understand that Ms. Spears quotes where given to the press generally and not exclusively to Jan Janssen. The article was not a more! exclusive as we had been led to believe. Nor was it authorized by Ms. Spears. We apologize to Ms. Spears for any distress and damage caused." More! also agreed to pay damages and Ms Spears' legal costs.

thats right so they should apologize how mean and rude of them i mean Britney is the bomb and they shouldn't basically try to ruin her life i mean she has tried so hard and she still is trying to regain her life again so they should just leave her alone unless they are gonna do something nice!!! By the way Britney your the bomb i am going to your concert in Australia can't wait! love you ( as my favorite singer of course!

Well done. Sue them bastards! They always think they can steal everything someone might say and put it together to make it look like an interview but it is taken totally out of context. It is typical journalism.

Finaly, someone take the responsability of his acts, and apology, because some people talk just because they have mouth. You know, like a future lawyer, i would ask for something more, but an public apology is ok.

its about time someone woke up and protected her! you know these magazines make up all this stuff about her that are not true, and it ends up hurting her. someone really start doing it to every magazine that publishes false stuff on her.
    not nice people, not nice!
if you are a true britney fan, you will stop buying magazines.
